Return & Exchange Policy:
• Time Window: You can request a return or exchange within 3to 4 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Damaged or Wrong Item: Please send us a video/photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
• Delivery Charges: Free delivery if the mistake is ours. Delivery charges apply for mind-change exchanges.
