5-Day Return & Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 4 to 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please send us a picture or video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping: In case of exchange due to personal preference, delivery charges may apply. If the fault is on our side (wrong or damaged item), delivery will be completely free.
